AZDocs collects minimal information to provide our directory service:

• Search queries and filter selections (anonymized, for service improvement)
• Review submissions (display name, email address, review content)
• Standard web analytics via Vercel Analytics (page views, performance metrics)

2. No Protected Health Information

AZDocs does not collect, store, or process Protected Health Information (PHI) as defined by HIPAA. We are a public directory of provider information, not a healthcare provider or covered entity. No account or login is required to search the directory.

3. Review Submissions

When you submit a review, we collect your display name, email address, rating, and review text. Your email address is used for verification and is never displayed publicly or shared with third parties. Your display name and review content are published on the provider's profile page after moderation.

4. Analytics

We use Vercel Analytics and Google Analytics to understand how visitors use our site. These services collect anonymized usage data including pages visited, time on site, and device type. No personally identifiable information is shared with analytics providers.

5. Cookies

AZDocs uses minimal cookies: a session cookie for admin authentication and standard analytics cookies. We do not use advertising cookies or tracking pixels.

6. Data Retention

Review submissions are retained indefinitely unless you request deletion. Analytics data is retained according to the respective provider's policies (Vercel, Google).
