Dr. Mily Nieves's path to women's health took her across three countries and two languages. She studied biology at the University of Puerto Rico before heading to Guadalajara, Mexico, where she earned her medical degree from the Autonomous University. That cross-cultural training shaped her approach to bilingual care over her 26-year career, meeting patients where they are, in every language and in every sense. Dr. Nieves completed her OB/GYN residency at Louisiana State University in New Orleans, then made her way to Arizona to join MomDoc. She brings a breadth of perspective that comes from learning medicine in different healthcare systems, and her patients appreciate the thoughtful, warm, and unhurried way she connects with them.

Dr. Partridge grew up in Cheyenne, Wyoming, and studied zoology, chemistry, and Spanish at Brigham Young University before earning his medical degree from the University of Colorado. He has been part of more than 20,000 pregnancies over the course of his career, a number that speaks less to statistics and more to the thousands of families who trusted him with one of the most important moments of their lives. That kind of sustained dedication earned him the respect of his peers, and in 2002 he was elected Chief of Staff at Chandler Regional Hospital, one of only two OB/GYN physicians to serve in that role. Now focused on gynecologic care at MomDoc's Chandler office, Dr. Partridge brings decades of clinical wisdom and the steady presence of a physician who has truly seen it all.

Keli grew up in Los Gatos, a small town in Northern California's Bay Area. She left home when she enlisted in the Air Force and spent ten years as an avionics technician, repairing F-16s and F-111s in England, Korea, and Las Vegas. It was in Korea that she met her husband through a running club called the Hash Hound Harriers, they have been together 25 years now. After the military, Keli's career took another turn. She earned her nursing degree and gained extensive labor and delivery experience as an RN at hospitals across Arizona, including Banner Ironwood, Phoenix Baptist, Chandler Regional, Saint Joseph's, and Banner Gateway. It was at Phoenix Baptist that a group of midwives she worked alongside encouraged her to take the next step. She earned her midwifery degree from Frontier Nursing University in 2013 and later completed her Doctorate of Nursing Practice at Duke University. Keli brings a special focus to perinatal loss and bereavement support, natural childbirth, and Centering Pregnancy group prenatal care, the kind of work that asks a provider to be both clinically skilled and deeply present, something her unusual journey from fighter jets to the birth room uniquely prepared her for.
