She completed her OB/GYN residency training across two programs, at the University of Kentucky and at Rutgers in New Jersey. Dr. Carlton's engineering background is not just a fun origin story. During residency in El Paso, Dr. Mogor served as chief resident and honed his skills in minimally invasive gynecologic surgery, presenting his work at national conferences alongside the AAGL and the American College of Surgeons. Today, Dr. Mogor's clinical interests span minimally invasive surgery, gynecologic oncology, and high-risk pregnancy. He is a published researcher with peer-reviewed work in both OB/GYN and surgical oncology, but what excites him most is translating that knowledge into better outcomes for his patients right here in the Valley where he grew up.

Dr. Partridge grew up in Cheyenne, Wyoming, and studied zoology, chemistry, and Spanish at Brigham Young University before earning his medical degree from the University of Colorado. He has been part of more than 20,000 pregnancies over the course of his career, a number that speaks less to statistics and more to the thousands of families who trusted him with one of the most important moments of their lives. That kind of sustained dedication earned him the respect of his peers, and in 2002 he was elected Chief of Staff at Chandler Regional Hospital, one of only two OB/GYN physicians to serve in that role.
